Murder has become a fact of life that we are just desensitized to. People kill each other for the most trivial things, and it’s hard for many people to care. It’s just too common place. But when elderly couples, couples who have been with each other for the greater part of their lives, are killing each other, it’s time to bear witness.
Case in point, is when 80 year old, Glen Tucker, shoots his 77 year old wife, Joan, who is disabled and wheelchair bound in Little Torch key, Florida It just goes beyond my (and hopefully your) comprehension. What drives that final event? Was it unbearable suffering? Whose suffering? He even took his cat’s life before, in the end, taking his own life.
